Group Training
In the group training session, our total focus is on teaching you proper technique for the best results in your strength workout. Learn unique exercises that will shape & tone your entire body for improved strength, increased muscle and a higher metabolism. You wont do the same workout twice!
Be inspired and get lean with sessions incorporating cardio & strength training under the direction of certified personal trainers. By following a structured routine using dynamic and functional training , youll burn mega calories, get stronger, and get pumped. This program also features a weight loss nutrition plan to cut calories for maximum fat loss.
Speed & Agility
The Sparta program is designed not only to develop an athlete's physical potential, but to provide a fitness education that can empower an athlete for a lifetime. We start by maintaining a low instructor-to-student ratio in order to ensure the highest quality training for every athlete. Then, following one of EFS's unique training plans, our instructors work with the athletes both individually and as a group to develop and maintain the proper technique for every exercise. In this way, athletes not only build strength and confidence, but gain knowledge that helps create the foundation of athletic success.
At our facility, every training session follows a unique and carefully structured lesson plan that is designed to provide balanced development while maximizing results. Athletes work together yet progress at their own rate, gaining strength and knowledge that not only helps them achieve their full potential in the sport of their choice, but invests them with fitness tools that will benefit them for a lifetime.
While people are born with talent, and a passion for Sports can be discovered in just an instant, becoming a champion doesnt happen overnight. It takes years of practice, conditioning, and perseverance to turn your body into a goal-scoring and game-winning phenomenon. But its worth it.

Boot camp
Inspiring Confidence & Mental Toughness
This is the program that health club memberships and the presence of fitness equipment can not deliver. Our fitness boot camp is designed to force your mind to overcome the bodys weaknesses.
This unique fitness class draws its roots from military style strength training and cardiovascular techniques. The strategy combines strength training, cardiovascular exercises, balance, and coordination as well as agility and speed training activities. This Boot Camp is open to all fitness levels, however, you must be able to do a minimum of 10 body-weight squats, a one mile walk, and engage in vigorous activity. Please bring a mat, pair of dumbbells (5-12 lbs.), water, sweat towel, and an athletic spirit.
Flexibility is often a goal in and of itself. Being able to take a joint through its full range of motion gives us more freedom of movement. Relaxing tight muscles feels good and balances the body.
Stretching is overwhelmingly recommended - even prescribed - by sports medicine professionals and is widely practised by athletes in almost every sport. It seems to be one of those common sense things to do. But there are as many unanswered questions about stretching as there are scientific facts to support it.
but the picture is not as clear as most people would like. The research suggests that stretching programmes should be individualised according to the client's physical make-up and level of conditioning. That's why a stretching routines should be designed by a fitness profesional.

Our e-mail based Personal Training program allows you to have access to thousands of exercises. These exercises are easy-to-read, professionally illustrated, and tailored to fit your needs.

We offer a variety of courses to individuals, corporations and law enforcement/military personnel and our goal is to provide realistic, practical training that will allow individuals to avoid or WIN a violent confrontation. These classes include unarmed self-defense and defensive tactics.

Body Analysis
Accountability--- weekly, 2x a month, or monthly measuring programs are available to Purely Nutrition clients. What good is a diet and simply to loose weight IF that weight was muscle, water, or both? What do we care aboutFAT! Purely Nutrition ensures that every client knows if there progress is coming from the right areas!
Detailed discussions about multiple topics are available at a flat rate, Purely Nutrition does there best to educate on nutrition while receiving meal planning, however not all clients want that service. Thats where the private consultations come in. Popular topics are about food choices, how foods affect our bodies, special needs clients like food alleries, heart disease, pre or post surgery, diabetes (type 1 and 2), pregnancy eating, sports specific questions on loading and depleting.
All year round Purely Nutrition will offer workshops on nutrition related topics. Attendance fees will vary based on the location and duration of the workshop. Special request presentations are available, please call or email for pricing.
Body Fit Profile
The Body Fit Profile is a comprehensive analysis of your physical fitness progress. By gathering data regarding your fitness abilities , we create a baseline for assisting in assessing progress and developing future training programs specifically tailored to suit your needs.
After the evaluation has concluded, all the data obtained will be entered into our computer and a comprehensive report on your test results and any recommendations will be emailed to you.
An added option to our Body Fit Profile is the Body Age Assessment. This assessment compares your biological age to your fitness age. You could be 45 years old, yet have the fitness age of a 30 year old! It all depends on the data collected from our Body Fit Profile. * There is an additional charge of $10.00 for the Body Age Assessment if you choose to participate*

After the required medical, social and fitness histories are obtained and there are no contraindications, the testing will begin as follows.
Here are the components of our Body Fit Profile Analysis:
*Body composition- Height, weight, body fat and circumferences are measured.

*Photographs are taken to compare with future progress.

My background in physical fitness began at a very young age. In college I pursued an education in personal training. This pursuit incorporated the old school style of training with a more modern approach which makes my style unique. I came to the United States from Tunisia armed with that knowledge and a passion to share it with others.
I went to school for six years pursuing an education in physical fitness as well as being a soccer pro since the age of seventeen. I trained in numerous gyms whose focus was as varied as producing elite athletes to assisting clients with special needs such as rehabilatation. These experiences have strengthened my background as a fitness professional.

The past 12 years of my life I have dedicated myself to working out and helping others to achieve their fitness goals . I started out as an architecture major who loved the gratifiction of seeing something I had built but the buildings could not
talk back. When I discovered training, I could visually see the physical and emotional change in people. I hear the trials and struggles they have gone through in trying to achieve those goals on their own and how they are so desperate for that change. It's knowing that I'm giving them that change and making the difference for people to make them better. One of the few things I truly enjoy in life is seeing what people are capable of both mentally and physically, and then showing them that they are capable of so much more.
