As the year rolled by Richard found and married his first wife Sally. Together they had two children, Samantha and Gary. Later Richard and Sally divorced and both remarried, Richard finding his soul mate in Karen.
David met and married Miriam, and together they had three children: Nathan, Naomi and Rebecca.
The five grandchildren then went on and produced their own off spring, four in all (so far): Two boys and two girls.
The Brett Family, originate in Bermondsey London. And although the family moved to Suffolk in the 1960's they still regard London as 'home'. At the time of the move form Englands capital city to an East Anglian county May and Jim had two sons, Richard (12) and David (6). Jim had moved to the town a few months previously in order to find a home for the young family while he worked. They found a council house on the newly built Parkway development. At that time the town consisted of just two main estates. Haverhill was used as a London 'overspill' town, as the numbers in the capital grew to bursting.
