Family Raised English Bulldogs

We are Daniel and Katie Weese from Wadsworth, Ohio. We bought our first bulldog Lily in 2007 and fell in love with her instantly. As every family, we wanted a dog that would be safe and loving with us as well as our kids. It's been four years and there isn't another companion we would rather have as part of our family. Katie and I were raised in Ohio where we reside with our 3 year old son Carter and 1 year old adopted son Dylan. We have bred dogs for years, but enjoy the bulldog breed more than any other. Currently we have 2 Bulldogs named Lily and Cally. We truly believe the Bulldog will forever be the best fit for our family.We are not a kennel and usually have only one litter of puppies a year . Our ultimate goals are to improve the breed and provide the average family with a show quality pet they will love and adore for years.
Available Puppies Our Bulldogs have a very mild temperament . They are extremely friendly toward kids because they grow up along side our own children. Also, if you already have a pet you will find that the Bulldog is most often very accepting towards other animals wether it be a dog or a cat. That is not a common trait in dogs , but it serves as one of the many reasons the Bulldog is America's most desired dog .

When your ready to choose a puppy, please call or email us to confirm so we can hold your puppy. Our puppies usually range in price from $1,800.00 to $2,000.00 depending on conformation and color. You may reserve a puppy with a non-refundable deposit of at least $300.00. Deposits can be made in a variety of ways. We use only the payment methods that can be guaranteed for both the buyer and the seller (pay pal,cashiers check,money order). If you are not familiar with these methods of payment please give us a call so we can help you . If you would like to come see our puppies before making a purchase we would be happy to make an appointment for you . Shipping is available when the weather permits and is very safe. We will only ship a puppy that is at least 7 weeks of age and only when we know it is able to handle the journey by plane. We use Continental for shipping and the puppies fly 1st class as a passenger, not in the baggage compartment .

Red White and Bulldogs 2 Year Health Guarantee

All of our puppies 6 weeks and older are guaranteed to be in good health and free of communicable diseases when at the time of purchase . They are all current on puppy shots, worming, and are vet checked by our trusted vet.If the buyer purchases a puppy or makes a deposit with Red White and Bulldogs before the puppy has visited our Veterinarian (6 weeks of age) and he is found to have a health problem; the buyer has the right to a refund or to a new puppy right away if available. No puppies will leave Red White and Bulldog’s posession until he has passed his health inspection by our Veterinarian. If a licensed veterinarian finds the puppy to be in poor health within 72 hours after the buyer has taken possession, we will refund the purchase price upon the return of the puppy within 7 days . We are not responsible for any expenses you may incur, and a refund will only be honored with a receipt of the report from a licensed veterinarian as well as any applicable x-rays or tests that were performed . Your puppy is guaranteed to be free from life threatening congenital defects for 2 years from the date of birth. If you find that your puppy has life threatening congenital defects, you may return it to us at your expense accompanied by a written statement from a licensed veterinarian and we will provide you a new puppy as one becomes available . If your puppy should die because of a congenital defect you will be given a new puppy as one becomes available. Red White and Bulldogs must be informed of any health issues the puppy may have that pertain to this guarantee as soon as the puppy is diagnosed. We are not responsible for any of your veterinarian bills. Your puppy is current on it’s vaccinations and worming. Please take the shot records we send you to your veterinarian. It is important that you keep the vaccinations, worming, and boosters current for your puppies health as well as to keep the guarantee honorable. We strongly recommend that your puppy be spayed or neutered if it is purchased as a pet. It is your responsibility to take good care of your puppy and provide it with adequate food, water, shelter, and veterinarian care. If buyer’s vet finds a congenital defect, The seller holds the right to get a second opinion on the diagnosis. Top Myths about Bulldogs.

1. Bulldogs are very unhealthy . - Bulldogs are prone to skin and joint problems, heat stroke, and some other health issues. BUT a well cared for Bulldog from a quality breeder will greatly reduce these risks. Bulldogs are one of the most popular breeds in the world, and sadly many breeders abuse this fact by selling puppies that don't come from the best genetic line or care in order to make a quick buck. My Bulldogs Cally and Lily have only ever had a cherry eye which is common among many breeds and is easily fixed by your vet for under $100. However, I have come across many people who were duped into buying their Bulldog from a "backyard breeder" or pet store. The dogs are often diagnosed with hip or heart problems which can be devastating for the owners. There are so many scams being pushed on unexpecting families who are just trying to save money looking for that "perfect pet". Proper healthcare and buying from a reputable source are key to Bulldog health.2. Bulldogs chew everything they see and will destroy your home!- It is true that Bulldogs have very strong jaws that enable them to chew just about anything to pieces, but it is not true that they chew anymore than other dog breeds. Bulldogs love to chew as puppies because they're teeth are coming in . Just like a child they want to sooth their sore gums while the new teeth are pushing through. During this time they should be given dog treats and teething toys so as to deter them from chewing on your new shoes. 3.Bulldogs are hard to train. -While it is true that a bulldog is no Golden Retriever, and wont do to many very complicated tricks, it really isn’t too hard to teach a bulldog basic obedience. That being said you must be consistent with your training and know how to properly train a dog. Simple commands like ”sit”,”stay” and “no” usually are understood by your dog very quickly. It takes patience and time, but training a bulldog is not nearly as difficult as many would make it sound. More tips on training will also be discussed later in the Blog.
