My Artwork...

My Inspiration...

As I've taken art classes in college, I always try my best to push myself. Learning new techniques and skills is always fun and challenging. A lot of my gallery is filled with these new things I have learned and will continue to improve on.

My current hobbies include: sewing costumes for anime conventions, sewing plush toys, drawing, designing and making props for my costumes.

Making costumes is one of my favorite hobbies because I'm always challenging myself to get as close to the character I am portraying as possible. It's always fun going to conventions wearing my costumes because I get to show off what I've created (and get lots of pictures taken too!).

Ever since i was little i've been drawing, painting or doing something artistic. A lot of my inspiration comes from cartoons and anime I've watched growing up.

My favorite animators and artist's are: Disney, Hayao Miyazaki, Hiromu Arakawa, Craig McCracken, Lauren Faust, Butch Hartman, Michael Dante DiMartino, and Bryan Konietzko.

All About me...

Hey Guys and Gals!

My name is Crystal Towns, I'm 23 years old and I live in Washington State.

I've always been involved in arts and crafts ever since I was little. So, naturally I would want to do something of this nature when I grew up. I've already gotten an Associates Degree from ITT Tech in Multimedia and am working on my second Associates Degree in Animation and Graphics from Bellevue College.

Some of my current hobbies include: Drawing, Making Costumes for Anime Conventions, Sewing Plush Toys and Much Much More!
