BIO ARTIST'S STATEMENT RESUMÉ
My art has no consistent theme or defined style. I work primarily with ideas, and each idea requires a unique approach. I choose my medium and technique based on the needs of each project.
I have no desire to allow my work to stagnate enough for people to recognize it as mine just by glancing at it.
I do not want to get between my audience and my art.
I want to be invisible.
There have been so many styles throughout art history- so many great artists. I do not wish to be just another voice in the chorus. I want to be the music. Every painting I see, every movie I watch, every videogame
I play makes me think, "I want to do that!"
I want to experiment. I want to cannibalize culture.
I want to swallow art history and spit it back louder, weirder, and more colorful. I want to do everything, be everything, and still have time to read comics on the weekends.
Most of all, I want to never run out of things to want.

Chris Baird (this handsome gent)
was born, raised, and educated in Cheseapeake, Virginia.
His favorite color is red.
His favorite food is pizza.
He enjoys long walks on the beach and collaborating with 'ordinary' people to help bring their artistic ideas to life.
I like to attack the internet on multiple fronts, so my work is spread out over several different sites-
