Registration is $45 on or before February 11th and $65 after. The deadline to register is Thursday Feb 23rd. It includes competition, event t-shirt, and all you can eat shrimp, sausage, and beer at the Low Country Boil Afterparty.

RX - should be comfortable with pullups, double-unders, olympic lifts.

All Levels are welcome to participate. Teams will be chosen at the event. You do not need to be a current member of an affiliate. Garage crossfitters will be teamed together for the team workouts.

You may register for the Open WOD only if you do not plan to participate in the team wods or Low Country Boil.

Low Country Shrimp Boil

All you can eat shrimp, sausage, corn on the cob, potatoes. Seasoned and boiled then thrown onto a big ol table. Grab your beer and gather round. You deserve it.
