If you have not yet registered, please find a membership form below.Register 2011TrainingTraining (1st Team)First team squad training is on Thursday evenings, at 6:15 for a 6:30 start. First team players are expected to attend training sessions to work on improving and developing all aspects of their game, prepare for the matches ahead and maintain fitness throughout the season.We are very pleased to welcome Pete Williams to the club. Pete is well known in the Essex area having worked with Essex CCC for over 14 years. He is an ECB UKCC 3 tutor and assessor with a particular expertise in video analysis. Pete will be specifically involved in our first team development and organising the training on Thursday evenings. He will also act a a mentor and advisor on all matters regarding the first team. It is a specific goal of KFCC move its first team up the Saturday leagues to be competing with the best teams in Essex. As a club, we are endeavouring to put in the resources needed to achieve this.SelectionSelection (1st Team)1st Team Selection Criteria- Must be a club member- Good availability and commitment to play regularly- Be at the skill level required or show potential for development to play at this level- Commitment to training, fitness and personal development- Current form and recent performances- Skill requirement to play a particular role in the team- Ability to contribute positively and play as a team memberPlayers selected to play will have a specific role in the team, which will be discussed and agreed with them. This will also apply to 2nd team players who are called up to play, although it may not result in a regular position at the time. We are aiming to develop a core first team squad during the season, consisting of players who are continually outstanding in their respective roles. Regular performance reviews will take place to ensure team and individual development continues and each player has an equal opportunity based on the above criteria.
