Hi my name is Terry Beale and I am a NC Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, Registered Maryland Massage Practitioner,Reiki Master/Practitioner, Energy Body Detox Practitioner and Intuitive Coach. I am also trained by Claire Marie Miller for pregnancy massage, labor massage and support, postpartum massage and newborn/infant massage.
I use multiple tools with my clients to get to the bottom of their current situation. Healing is not about stopping in for a quick fix. It is getting in tune with your own body, mind and spirit so you can better handle your life. No two sessions are the same I am usually guided to work with the condition that is holding someone back the most first. I have personally used Reiki on many people with amazing results and I love being able to help people reconnect to themselves on a spiritual level.
Reiki and energy work has a magic of its own from relieving pain to helping with insomnia or just plain clarity of mind and direction, Reiki has an intelligence that goes to the area that needs to be treated the most.
If nothing else you will experience an overall sense of peace and relaxation. It is my mission to inspire the human body to heal itself through the power of touch.
I have found that until you put yourself first and take care of you, it gets very hard to take care of others. There is nothing wrong with being selfish when it comes to your own well being.

I work full time as a Project Manager over multiple high stress projects at once. To everyone I work with, I am calm, collected, and seem to have it all together. The reason is because my body absorbs all of my stress, and they can't see that part of it! My muscles ache day to day, especially around my neck, back and shoulders. I also deal with regular sinus issues, and to put everything together, it all makes it hard to sleep at night.
I visited Terry for the first time last week. The environment she set was perfect, and I could sense a wonderful, calming energy coming from her. I noticed as she finished working each part of my body, that I'd almost forget that part of my body existed because it was so relaxed.
After my session with her, I felt so peaceful and could feel the energy coming back to me. When I walked, it was like walking on air, and I no longer felt the weight of all my stresses. Even days later, I still feel the same calmness and clarity that I felt when leaving Terry. I will definitely be going back, hopefully on a regular basis, and have already started recommending her to my friends.
