Crazy Famous has honed their chops in the beer soaked bars and venues up and down the west coast. They've been described as funky oldschool rock and roll with modern soul, backed by a high energy show.

Former members of a wide variety of bands, from Punk, to metal, hardcore, pop, acoustic, folk, roots, and electronic.
Crazy Famous' rock and roll sound is influenced by many of the greats old and new, The Rolling Stones, T-Rex, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, The Kinks, Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly, ACDC, The Talking Heads, The Clash, Jimi Hendrix, The Cure, The Pixies, The Ramones, The Police, Fugazi, Elvis Costello, Bo Diddley, John Lee Hooker and more. They manage to bring the soul of these and many other influences into songs that are 100% Crazy Famous.
In the short time as a band, the boys have recorded and produced a 10 track self titled demo album, produced 2 professional music videos, booked and played many festivals and events including a West Coast summer tour.
Crazy Famous is currently producing a rocking new album with producers Travis Kasperbauer and Mikel Ross. The album will release with lots of music videos and touring to follow.
Crazy Famous' first few years have just been the warm-up. The band is really starting to gain momentum, and make a name for itself. Crazy Famous' soulful live performance and use of clever video promotion has gained the band wide spread attention not only as a great up and coming band, but also as a professional, independent DIY force. While opening for bands such as Langhorne Slim, The Black Hollies, and The Honey Island Swamp Band, and sharing the stage with former Dire Straits Guitarist Jack Sonni, Crazy Famous is on track to living up to its name.
