We chose Craic'd to play at our wedding in August 08. We saw them play once in a pub in Mountbellew and we knew they were the band for us. They have a varied set list with an interesting sound. What's more, they were excellent at guaging the crowd and changing their set during a performance to suit the mood of the crowd.
While we were aware they weren't your typical wedding band, given their more 'rocky' sound - we had nothing but compliments for the night. Their sound was excellent and we really enjoyed the set list. Everybody spent the night dancing and literally having the 'Craic'. The first dance was nice and relaxed. They made sure they got the crowd interacting and made a real occassion out of the bouquet toss. They also have the patience of saints - there's always somebody at your wedding who think they can be part of the band :) Thanks for that guys!!
All in all, couldn't praise them highly enough. They always answered phone calls and emails which made the organisation side of things a piece of cake. They were laid back but professional and did an excellent job.
