Renovation project of an existing three-story rowhouse into a triplex. Provided architectural services for the client, as well as, general contracting. The design involved a new 2nd floor rear perch addition with perforated steel rain screen and balcony. 1/4" steel rods were 'woven' for the custom balcony railing.
