2011 Chirstmas at Country Side Trees
Pick out and cut your own Christmas tree. We provide saws and services to shake the loose needles out of your tree and bail it in netting for your traveling and setting up convenience.
Freshly cut trees are also available for those who want a real tree without the hassle.
This year all of our Christmas tree sales will be done on the corner of N. Walworth and County Road O at W7015 N. Walworth Rd. This is just 1 mile west of our previous location.

About the Animals
In 2001, we started raising elk. We now are licensed to sell the elk meat. Lean, flavorful and just plain healthy, elk meat is lower in fat and cholesterol than traditional meats. Because of the lower fat content, a higher percentage of protein and nutrients are present in the meat. The extra protein tends to satisfy the appetite more quickly. These qualities make elk meat a great value and a fantastic heart healthy alternative to other red meat.
Our elk eat only grass and hay and are hormone free!

Country Side Trees (CST) makes every attempt to fill your order promptly and professionally with quality plant material. Please inspect all material at time of pickup. If tree stock fails to thrive after one year of planting, CST reserves the right to replace stock with another at a 50% discount depending on the quality of planting and care during the first year of transplant. We will not replace plants that fail to live or thrive if not properly planted and cared for. We reserve the right to delay delivery or cancel portions or all of your order should natural or unnatural conditions beyond our control affect our plant material. It is mutually agreed that the liability of CST is limited to replacement or refund of purchase price paid, unless prohibited by law.
Terms
25% down payent on all orders over $250 with balance on pickup. Orders under $250 are due in full with order. All prices are subject to change without notice until order is confirmed by down payment
Sales Tax
Walworth county sales tax is collected on sales unless a tax number is on file, or proof of status of individual sale is on file with Country Side Trees.
Shipping
Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. CST can make arrangements for delivery, however CST does not become the buyer's agent in this event. Please call for an estimate on delivery. The stock becomes the buyer's responsibility when loaded on any means of transportation. CST recommentds that all trees be covered during transportation to minimize dehydration.
Ordering
Preliminary ordering may be checked by phone, but all orders must be confirmed on your letterhead or one of our order forms. All orders, oral or written, confirmed or unconfirmed, are accepted under the terms and conditions above unless CST gives specific written authorization for change. In the event of default under contract entered into for the purchase of products listed herein, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate District Court of the State of Wisconsin.
It is mutually agreed that the buyer shall pay and indemnify the seller against all legal cost and charges, including reasonable attorney fees and/or collection fees incurred, in obtaining enforcement of any covenant in this agreement.

This year all of our Christmas tree sales will be done at W7015 N. Walworth Rd. This is just 1 mile west of our previous location. This area has been open the past few years on select weekends so some of you may be familiar with it. There are 75 acres of beautiful trees to choose from of all shapes and sizes.
Find us on the corner of N. Walworth Rd and County Road O. We will be open Monday through Friday 10am til dark and Saturday and Sunday from 9am til dark. Closed Thanksgiving Day.
A date has not been set yet for the building of our new lodge. This year we will only have a small area to get out of the cold. Unfortunately, this also means the gift shop won't be available although we will have a few of our own products for sale such as elk antler dog bones and honey.
Glen and Becky Feltham started Country Side Trees in 1981. This locally owned and operated nursery has expanded over the 29 years to provide some of the finest trees in Southern Wisconsin. With over 200 acres of growing trees, Country Side Tree has a large inventory of various conifers and deciduous trees.
