My Design Philosophy
Typically, my clients have a logo or design from their racing sponsor. When I am allowed to design a sign or graphic, I try to suss out the spirit of the project. On occasion I am allowed to run free with design - that is heaven for me! Getting a sense of the desire and the need of teh client and combining these with an outsider's view have given many of my clients a logo, sign or sticker that can sustain relevance for many years.
My Inspiration
Comes from the client. They know what they want to say - what the want to convey and I try to get inside their minds and look out at the image they see. It's the client's vision that I want to connect with - I only hope that I can meet their expectations.
My Materials
Yes, I work on a PC, I cut vinly and I apply it. But there is more ... there are paints - enamels, oils, water bases. There are substrates that are the foundations of all my projects - metals and plywood and foam. Now there are composites - fiberglass and carbon fiber and hybrids there of. I have started into metals now ... the bases are limitless - the designs unstopable - the results are for the client.
