About Lemo
Lemo, a native of Dallas, Texas is first a Singer/Songwriter.
When asked, Lemo replies, "Since the age of seven I realized that touching peoples lives with my talents is what I wanted to do when I was older."
Being that the artist writes all of his own music he mentions, "Everything I sing/write is state of the art and straight from the heart."
Lemo has made guest appearances at Steve Harvey's Comedy Club in Dallas, Texas and has performed on stage live with musical songbird legend Patti Labelle.
Certainly no stranger to larger audiences, Lemo has appeared in front of one of the toughest crowds there is, "It's Showtime At the Apollo," in Harlem, New York.
Lemo has also been featured singing background vocals in concert with Jennifer Holiday. Not to mention, a prior member of the Grammy-Award Winning Gospel group, "God's Property."
Probably the key break of the year for him was when he was given the opportunity to serve as the opening act for one of the hottest R&B male groups of all time, "The Isley Brothers".
Recently, the musical prodigy can be found in a Camelot Music Store near you featured on a self titled album from South Made Records.
As if the young artist's plate is not full enough he has managed to embark on a career in acting and modeling this year as well.
Lemo is currently able to keep his musical dream flowing by performing at various musical venues in the greater Los Angeles Area like BB Kings and he played the lead role of Chance in "Where's my Daddy" at the Wilshire Ebell.
Lemo was a regular on TV shows "Boston Public" and on Dance shows "Dance 360", "The Drop" and "Soul Train".
Lemo is lead in the Feature Film "Money to Burn" and was on Court TV's "LA Forensics".
Most recently Lemo was featured combining both his music and acting talents on two of MTV's hottest music shows- "MTV's THE SCORE" and "MTV's LITTLE TALENT SHOW". He lends both his acting and singing talents in the short film, MAHOGANY BLUES where he is featured on the Soundtrack as well as the lead actor in the film which could prove to be a success as it receives mass acclaim.
Lemo is also set to again do the theme song as well as play the lead in a TV pilot written and produced by he and his sister/producing partner titled, "COMMON BOND."
He hopes to continue to share his gifts with the world and pursue his dream of musical pleasure or continue in his current acting career until the appropriate doors open.

Lemo is currently seeking a publishing deal for his catalog of songs written.
He writes songs for gospel, pop, r&b, hip hop, tv and film as well as arranges the songs and does all the background and lead vocals.
His original songs have been featured on:

Lemo also co-manages two male R& B & Pop singing groups as well as writes songs with them.
