From there, where the group has operated as Collie Coachlines ever since, the Westcoast Travel Group has grown to become a significant operator in the Western Australian Bus and Coach Industry. The Experience which the group has gained from initial Operations in those rural and remote areas has given us a significant advantage in the Mining Industry and also general Logistical Experience which is used by the company in our operations throughout the state. Operations across the Group are overseen by the Group's Managing Director, Shane Ballingall. Shane has experience in the Coach Industry operating Coaches across Australia, in the Tourism, Charter and Mining and Heavy Industry Sectors of the Industry. Shane maintains a very hands on approach to the Management of the Group, particularly in areas of Vehicle Buying and Presentation, ensuring the very high standards of the fleet is maintained across the group to the benefit of our Passengers.Shane is assisted across the Group by a number of Support Staff in both the Operations, Maintenance and Administration areas. Our Western Australian Omnibus Operator’s Accreditation ensures our fleet is maintained to a high level and complies with safety guidelines, and our drivers are available for individual client induction procedures and specific site training as required.
