Colleen studied art at school but never thought she could make it a full time career. Whilst working in "a real job" environment Colleen studied Oil Painting and in particular spent a lot of time on Colour Theory.
Colleen worked for the past 15 years as a Business Consult specialising in HR, Training & Business Systems. Living in beautiful Noosa on the Queensland Sunshine Coast for the past 18 years she was spending too much time away working and living in hotels. When the local art supply shop come up for sale she saw this as an opportunity to get back to her painting and be at home.
Over the years Colleen has managed to work on a number of commissions, but now paints regularly and is specialising in large format paintings in both Oil & Acrylic and recently has been experimenting in Mixed Media.
