Q: How long will it take for my carpet or rugs to dry?
A: It depends on the kind of carpet that was cleaned, the amount of solution that was used, the weather outside, etc., so its important to follow your technicians advice on this. However, generally, you should wait between 2 and 8 hours for your carpet to completely dry. Walking on wet carpet is generally all right; however, wet carpet will attract more dirt and get soiled quicker than a dry carpet would.
Q: Are the chemicals safe for our environment?
A: All of the chemicals used have been approved by the Environmental Protection Agency and are 100% biodegradable
