Answer: BBQ.
Not just any BBQ. In our (expert) opinion, it's the best BBQ Southern California has to offer. It's a party in your mouth!
We don't want to ruin all the surprises, so if you want to know what's on the menu, I guess you'll just have to show up.

What should I bring?

What's the weather going to be like?
It's gonna be hot or cold or maybe perfect. It's October and SoCal likes to mix it up day to day this time of year. It will most likely be warm during the day and cool/cold at night.
What should I wear?
Something along the lines of "cocktail attire." Of course we want you to look handsome/pretty, but we also want you to be comfortable and have fun! The wedding venue will be open to the night air so plan accordingly (Ladies).
Where am I going to stay?
Unfortunately, we can't fit that many people on Curt's couch. We have reserved rooms for our guests at several nearby hotels. See the "Lodging" tab for details.

The Standard Hotel Los Angelesis an ultra-contemporary hotel in the heart of downtown.
It's about a 10 minute drive from the wedding venue, and the handsomely equipped rooms (normally $200+) start at $140/night. Just call 866-670-8686 and mention the Rollison/Spraggins wedding. A word of warning: all the rooms at The Standard feature "peek-a-boo" showers (Ok, that's an understatement...they are completely see-thru and situated right in the middle of the hotel room) so make sure you're reeeeeeally comfortable with your roommates.

The Millenium Biltmore Hotel is located a couple blocks from The Standard, also a short drive from the wedding venue. This place is the ultimate in comfort and luxury, and no see-thru showers! We're sharing a hotel block with the couple getting married at our venue the day before us (long story, basically they are fans of Jessica's blog...) so if you want to reserve a room here, call 213.612.1575 and mention code: 0910WEDBEA.
