WELCOME TO THE 401 DISTANCE SERIES
The 401 Distance Series is designed to provide international level high
performance middle and long distance races in Southwestern Ontario. The
series of three meets, all within a week, allow athletes the opportunity to
compete in a variety of distances to fit their needs. The competitions are
each set up to allow for optimal performance.
