Thats why we can offer our Certified Pre-owned Guarantee with confidence. All pre-owned and used networking products are guaranteed to be in excellent working and physical condition when they leave Compurex. •6,000 sq ft. Repair and Test Facility - Within our 20,000 sq ft warehouse facility, we have a dedicated static-neutral state-of-the-art environment. •Tracking - We record the serial numbers and revision level of all components by the model number. •We repair and service a wide range of options and accessories - From processors to memory modules, storage accessories to legacy products, all of our product handling processes meet or exceed industry guidelines for safety and anti-static protection. •Live network testing - Our switched network test environments have Alpha and Intel based test platforms. •Everything is tested before it is released - Nothing leaves our facility until it passes our rigorous certification process that includes a multi-point inspection. Only when we can issue a clean bill of health does a product leave our facility and earn a Certified Pre-Owned guarantee. Repair Service Details•Hours: Monday Through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. Compurex provides repair services at our facility only and does not provide on-site repair at customer location(s). •Rates: During normal business hours, we charge our standard hourly rate ($75/hour) plus shipping costs to and from our facility and parts (unless otherwise negotiated). We offer Priority Service for after hours and Holidays which is billed at time and a half and double time rates respectively. •Warranty: All repair work comes with a 90 Day Warranty.
