We have flexible membership options that include 1mo., 3mo., 6mo. and 1 year. Low rates, no sales gimmics and no enrollment fees. We do have special rates for students with ID. We also have the Silver Sneakers Program for Seniors.We offer a wide array of fitness equipment choices including Treadmills Elliptical Machines, Step-Mills, Bikes, Cross Trainers, Fully Equipped Free-Weight Room, Hammer Strength Equipment, Cybex Circuit, Personal & Group Training, Locker Rooms / Clean Showers.
