I remember the first day I ever used a digital camera. My dad had taken me on a hike to Snow Lake in the Cascades Mountains. He brought along a Sony Mavica camera that recorded photos on a 3.5" floppy disk. We stopped so often to take photos that we never even came close to the lake. From that point on I knew that I loved photography.
Now I spend my summers in Superior, Montana taking photos for a living on the Clark Fork River. You will see me on the side of the Alberton Gorge with camera in hand. Although now not even one of my photos would fit on that floppy disk that i started on.
