Show Classes ...

JUNIORS... (

This class is open to ages up to and including 17 years old (Juniors/Seniors may enter the regular classes if they wish .

TRUCKS... (

This class is designed primarily for Street Trucks up to and including 1 Ton Pick-Ups or Flatbeds. Eligible entries include Stock, Modified, or Mild Customs and must be Street Legal. Any degree of detailing is allowed .

COMPETITION... (

Any car/ truck built for competition other than Drag Racing. (Includes but not limited to Nascar/ Nastruck, Indy Car, Road Race, Monster Trucks, Land Speed, etc.).

CURBSIDE SLAMMER... ()

Any car or truck built purely for "Looks" just as it sits on the table. Windows may be blacked out and no open hoods. If the interior or engine is visible, If the interior or engine WILL NOT be judged, or count in the judging. (Blowers sticking through the hood are allowed).

TUNER & IMPORTS... ()

Any street legal, Stock or Modified FOREIGN built car or truck. (Includes but not limited to Hondas, Subaru's, Toyotas, Nissans).

CUSTOM... (

Any vehicle of any year that has body alterations so that it is no longer stock in appearance. (Includes but not limited to Show Customs, Movie/TV Cars or trucks, Factory Concept or Experimental Cars/ Trucks).

DRAG RACE "NO DOORS"... (

Any year of FunnyCars, Dragsters, Altereds, Exhibition Vehicles including Race Trucks "WITH-OUT DOORS". This class is designed to run either the 1/8 mile or 1/4 mile strip.

DRAG RACE "DOOR SLAMMER"... (

Any year of Pro-Stocks, Pro-Mods, Sportsmans, Gassers, Altered Wheelbases and Race Trucks including Exhibition Vehicles “"WITH DOORS"” would qualify for competition.

LOWRIDER CARS - "59 AND OLDER"...

Any car "1959 and OLDER" that has been lowered, dropped, slammed, and built in the traditional LOWRIDER style.

LOWRIDER CARS - "60 AND NEWER"... ()

Any car "1960 and NEWER" that has been lowered, dropped, slammed, and built in the traditional LOWRIDER style.

LOWRIDER TRUCKS... ()

Any trucks up to and including 1-Ton Pickups or Flat beds that has been lowered, dropped, slammed and built in the traditional “LOWRIDER” style.

STREET ROD/ HOT ROD... (

Any Pre 1950 car or truck built in either the "High Tech" or "Traditional" style. All entries must have treaded tires, NO SLICKS" (With the exception of "Cheater Slicks" used for period correct cars/trucks).

MISCELLANEOUS... ()

Any automotive related entries that do not fit into the other classes (Including but not limited to RV's, Civilian Boats, Race Boats, Zingers, Cartoon Vehicles, Dioramas, or any Multi-Vehicle or Multi-Piece Display etc.

BOX STOCK... (

Any 1/24 or 1/25 scale car or truck built right out of the box. Paint, bare metal foil, flocking, and decals other than the ones provided in the kit will be allowed. "NO" other modifications to the kit are allowed unless specified in the kits instructions. THE BASE KITS INSTRUCTIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY INTO THIS CLASS).

FACTORY STOCK... (

Any car or truck built to replicate a "Factory Production Vehicle". Any level of detail is allowed. Entry should be accompanied with reference material to assist the judges with their decision.

STREET MACHINE/ PRO STREET... ()

Any 1950 or newer car or truck with treaded tires. Tubbed or Pro Street vehicles must be street legal "NO SLICKS".

LOOKS GOOD IN SUEDE... ()

Any car or truck that is "complete" and the exterior has a primer finish. (Rat Rods, Customs, etc).

MOTORCYCLES... (

All scales, all styles, any degree of modifications. (Street Bikes, Drag Bikes, Custom Bikes, Road Race Bikes, etc.)

MODIFIED DIE-CAST... ()

Any Die-Cast car or truck that has been fully modified from it's original condition. These modifications include but not limited to Re-Painting, Detailing, Flocking, Bare Metal Foil, Decals, Tires & Rims, etc. The more modifications the better.

(No pre-painted kits built straight out of the box).

Show Rules...

Registration Closes at 12:00 Noon (All Entries Must Be Registered By 12:00 Noon and In Place by 12:15pm). All models entered must be the SOLE work of Entrant. Any work done to the model by an outside source will be considered a team build and NOT eligible for competition. Builders are "RESPONSIBLE" to place models in correct categories. Models entered in the INCORRECT categories will not be judged and therefore will be "Disqualified" from competition. Judges will "NOT" move models if placed in the incorrect categories by Builder or Entrant. Show Staff will be available to assist Entrant to place his or her build in the correct categories. If Entrant or Builder not sure of the correct category placement. Models may have Mirrored Display Bases with-in reason. Motorized turntables are ALLOWED shall be disabled by entrant prior to judging. Any Multi-Vehicles or Multi-Piece Display will be considered as a DIORAMA. This also includes displays with figurines. Decisions of the Judges are FINAL. Citrus Nationals Staff request models not to be removed from the judging tables until after awards ceremonies. Citrus Nationals Staff may exclude from public display any entry which may be considered or deemed "OFFENSIVE" Judging Begins at 12:15pm... Awards Presentation at 2:45pm till done Rules and Categories are subject to changes without prior notice. To be "Fair to All".... Cars entered in any class will be judged by the rules provided at time of registration. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES will result in disqualifying you from placing in the class, SO PLEASE READ EACH CLASS DESCRIPTION WITH CARE, and good luck !!! Should you have any questions about proper placement, Please feel free to ask show staff for assistance before placing your entry. The "NO SWEEPS" Rule is in effect at this show...
