Junto con el Parque Quinta Normal, los museos y colegios aledaños conforman un barrio cultural. Ofrece desde el 2001 muestras de cine, teatro, danza y fotografía.</p><br /> <p>El Museo de Artes Visuales exhibe obras representativas de la actividad plástica chilena desde los años ´60 en adelante. </p><p>Forma parte de la Fundación Cultural Plaza Mulato Gil de Castro, creada en 1994 con el fin de realizar obras de carácter cultural. La Fundación 1367 inauguró la Casa Memoria José Domingo Cañas, abierta a la comunidad para instancias culturales, artísticas y de memoria. </p><br /> <p>El Museo de la Memoria y los DDHH nace producto de la necesidad de contar con un espacio que rescate la memoria de las víctimas y las acciones de protección y defensa de los derechos humanos en Chile. Durante el Festival la seccion memoria tendra lugar en su sala.</p><br /> <p>MORI es una empresa integral de Cultura, Entretención y Desarrollo de Contenidos, conformada por jóvenes de variadas disciplinas y profesiones, que buscan generar un nuevo modelo de desarrollo cultural para Chile. La Sala América con capacidad para recibir hasta 135 personas, se utiliza para muestras artísticas y audiovisuales, seminarios y conferencias. </p><br /> <p>La Biblioteca de Santiago es el modelo de biblioteca pública más grande y moderna del país puesta al servicio de los chilenos. Es concebida como un moderno centro de servicios de información bibliográfica y actividades culturales.
