We had our first meeting with about twenty friends on March 13, 2006,and officially launched on June 4, 2006. We chose that launch date because it was the Day of Pentecost, the Feast of Firstfruits and the anniversary of the Outpouring of the Holy Spirit. We took the name "Passion" as a one-word mission statement. Without hesitation, I can tell you that passion has animated our pursuit of God, our worship, our ministry, and our love for people.We quickly grew into a healthy church with a multi-faceted ministry.
