Our Vision...
To be a movement of believers, living passionate, authentic, Christ-centred, Kingdom-minded lives, to the praise of God's glorious grace!
The Mission...
To promote the mission of Christ at UTS KG by being an evangelical student group that:
- evangelise students by proclaiming Jesus Christ as Lord
- encourage growth toward maturity in Christ
- train students in the skills and character to serve Jesus and his people
- send graduates throughout Australia and the world to serve Christ
What we believe...
Being associated with AFES our doctrinal basis is the same as theirs, which upholds the fundamental truths of the Christian
faith, including:
The divine inspiration and infallibility of Holy Scripture as originally given and its supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct. The unity of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit in the Godhead. The universal sinfulness and guilt of humanity since the fall, rendering men and women subject to God's wrath and condemnation. The conception of Jesus Christ by the Holy Spirit and his birth by the Virgin Mary.

Get involved...
CS is student run group so as a body of believers lets use our gifts to grow God's kingdom here at UTS KG. Join a small group, invite your friends along to the public meetings, be involved in the peer support program, get trained and equipped to share Jesus with your friends on campus.

ABOUT
PUBLIC MEETINGS
Our main meetings known as our Public Meetings meet weekly in the chill room (_ the back of the UTS KG Cafeteria).
All are welcome to the Public Meetings as we read, hear and receive teaching from one of our staff workers on a passage from the bible.
The PM's are chilled back and a great place to invite friends along to come and check out what Christians believe.

Weds (11-12)
SMALL GROUPS
A great chance to meet up with fellow Christians throughout the week and spend time in fellowship reading God's word, encouraging each other in the faith and praying for each other and people _ KG.

PEER SUPPORT
If you are keen to encourage fellow Christian's who are unable to join a small group or public meeting, then sign up for peer support and we'll give you 5 people for you to get in contact with and to be mutually encouraged by while studying at uni.

TRAINING CONFERENCES
During the year we have two main conferences (MYC & NTE) that occur during the July and Dec holiday breaks.
The conferences involve faithful bible teaching, workshops and seminars, free time, graet food, excellent accomodation and awesome fellowship. A must attend event.
In addition we have BIG DAY IN's during the semester that involve socialising and be trained and equiped to serve our mighty God on campus.
MYC 2010 (5th-9th July)
SEMESTER MISSION
Each semester at uni we run a mission whereby we encourage people to think about Jesus and challange them to respond to the good news of Jesus.
