Purpose:
To pursue unity by the promotion of peace. By edifying without division. Working to promote the same conviction with harmony. Being compassionate and humble toward our brothers and sisters in Christ.
Mission:
Restoring hearts to God with His love. Raising them out of the pit and starting them out in there calling. Uniting all to the body of Christ.
Vision:
To see unity in all people with each other.
Rom 14:19
So then let us pursue the things of peace, and the things for building up one another.
What We Believe:
That Bible consists of the Old and New Testaments, that it is the divinely inspired Word of God and is the only final, perfect rule of our faith and practice.
In One Creator God eternally existing in three persons. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
That Jesus Christ was begotten of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary and is the one true God and True man; that He died for our sins, bodily rose from the dead and ascended into heaven where He now reigns as our Intercessor waiting to return to earth in power and glory.
In the work of the person of the Holy Spirit in the new birth, indwelling the believer, causing him to grow into the likeness of Christ and filling him with power to live a godly life and to bear witness to Jesus Christ.
In the union of all true believers as one body in Christ.
That the body of Christ is divinely commissioned to proclaim Jesus Christ as the only Savior, to proclaim His death for our sins, to proclaim His resurrection, and to make disciples of all who will believe and follow Him.
Church As You Know It
Have you lost hope? Are you lonely? Is love not what you think it should be? Are you tired of going to church and not getting any where, nothing changes? Have you given up on church? Has church given up on you? Do you think God has given up on you?
Let me be the first to say that if you answered yes to any of these questions.
Then church as you have known it has failed you!
In most all churches today leadership thinks that you must serve them. If you don’t then you are overlooked.
Eph 4:11-12
11 And His gifts were [varied; He Himself appointed and gave men to us] some to be apostles (special messengers), some prophets (inspired preachers and expounders), some evangelists (preachers of the Gospel, traveling missionaries), some pastors (shepherds of His flock) and teachers.12 His intention was the perfecting and the full equipping of the saints (His consecrated people), [that they should do] the work of ministering toward building up Christ’s body (the church) AMP
We offer hope to the hopeless, family to the lonely and love to the unloved. We want to restore you to be what God made you to be. Not something we want you to be.
We offer an environment of freedom in Jesus. Not a perceived freedom, but an actual freedom to worship and minister to others in that freedom.
We do this by operating in a culture of honor. An environment that sustains life, hope, honor and destiny.
Since the beginning of this ministry we have come though some changes. God has been preparing us to be what we are to day. That is a church ministry.
A ministry that wants to serve you; not be served.
We are not church as you have known it!
We teach the finished works of the cross. That means rest in Jesus!
Pastoral care at it’s best.
By using the (old ways) of doing ministry (like what you find in the book of Acts) setting up small home groups. We can better minister to each other.
We also will offer personal care to help you though the hard things in life. We will not enable you; but do our best to walk you though what ever you are going though.
Our desire is to bring you to a place where you know who you are in Christ. Then life will not seem so bad after all. (Rest in Jesus)
Can I Minister Too?
Yes you can!
As you grow so will your experience of God. You will be trained in many different types of ministries.
Do I have to wait?
No!
There is no waiting to do ministry. If God has put something on your heart to do, then we will get you to it.
What?
Like going out to the streets, nursing homes, hospitals and big community events.
Why?
Church was not meant to be kept inside of a building. It actually means called out ones.
So to say I’m going to church may not be the case with us.
Because you may be going out to love on some people, instead of just going to a service.
Leadership
If you would like to become a leader in this ministry then all you have to do is sign up and be come a member by vote of Christian Rain Ministry members. By doing this you are making a commitment to this ministry and the people we serve like you.
We also can offer to those who have a call to the Five Fold Office, ordination as an independent clergy for those who join the ministry team.
But we do not take away from the fact that we all are called to minister to each other ordained or not.
We have many different areas of ministry we offer. So there should be something for everyone. The more you put in the more you get out. Some of the ministry leadership training we have at this time are:

Christian Rain Fellowship is are partnerships.
We have partnered with many different ministries so as to give you five fold ministry experience.
It also gives you the opportunity to go across this nation and meet new people and ministries.
We are a umbrella partnered with Life Global Ministries.
Pastor Chris Hite
Chris has been in ministry since 1998 in some shape or form. From a correctional ministry for correction officers, healing rooms, worship teams, nursing homes and other ministries.
Even at a young age Chris knew he wanted to be in ministry. But as with many people he got lost along the way.
Some things Chris has done are: Factory work, EMT for the first aid crew, Correction Officer, Youth Worker at a juvenile center, Worship teams and Sound Engineering.
Chris has a passion for people. He loves every one and desire to rid everyone of there pain.
Christian Rain
It wasn’t till 2005 when Chris went with a team of musicians to a nursing home, he saw what God wanted him to do. Pastor His sheep. It was then Christian Rain was formed.
We started out just as a group of ministers then after Chris was ordained we turned into a ministry. It wasn’t long before we developed into a para church ministry. Helping other churches and ministries.
Then came LGM. After seeing Chris for who he really is in Christ and training him and ordaining Chris as pastor Christian Rain Ministry has come to what God has been leading us to be. A church ministry.
