Welcome to Deerfield's 47th annual Family Days!
July 4th has long been our Villages biggest day of the year, from Brickyard Park fireworks, to the downtown parade, to a seemingly endless array of food and activities at Jewett Park. Most of all, it is a time for our residents and their families to mingle and share and reacquaint. I speak for all the Village's elected and appointed officials and professional staff in wishing you and yours the best July 4th yet.
We owe a great deal of thanks to the many individuals and organizations making Family Days possible. Nowhere is the spirit of volunteerism more evident and at no time more fitting than in celebration of our nation's Independence Day.
Plan to attend, enjoy yourself, and be safe.

2010 Information Coming Soon
The Rotary Club of Deerfield is sponsoring the 42nd annual 10K walk/5K run on July 4, starting/finishing at Walden School, 630 Essex Ct. Race day registration is from 7:00 7:45 a.m. at Walden School. Race starts at 8:00 a.m. sharp. Pre-registration is $15 for participants under 16 or over 59, $18 for all others; day of race registration is $20. Pre-registration forms are available at the village hall and library. T-shirts will be given to the first 175 racers; trophies will be awarded to winners in various age groups.
