Get Persnickety is owned and operated by Rochester native
Lacey James. Ms. James is an active member of the
Association of Image Consultants International, has trained
under its current President, Lynn Marks, AICI, CIM, and has
been certified by International Institute for Image
Communications. Ms. James is an alumna of the University at
Buffalo with a bachelors of science in psychology.
With six years combined experience in wardrobe, costuming,
skin care, cosmetics, design, and styling, Ms. James is
uniquely qualified to tend to your specific image needs. She
also has three years experience in food & beverage service,
event planning and five-star dining. Ms. James has further
been employed in the travel industry, lending her a vast
repertoire of experience and connections to popular travel
destinations.
From comedians and stage performers to housewives and
teens to recent graduates and corporate executives, Ms. James
has dressed over thirty Buffalonians and Rochesterians. Her
clients range in age from thirteen to eighty-two.
Ms. James has arranged and hosted over seventy local events
from corporate soirees to Super bowl parties, everything shy
of a wedding.
