We are selling an old building which functioned till 2005 as grain mill (originally built in 1940) and a building site connected to it (aprox. 2,3 ha) situated in Variasu Mare, Arad county, Romania.
The village is situated about 18 km from Arad and about 2 km from the border between Romania and Hungary. The building can function as a depot or can be renovated for other purpose.
The building has electricity, water installed.
Important thing, that under the ground at aprox. 600-800m there is thermal water.
