Whether you are mandated to attend classes or if you are here as a self referred client there are certain steps you will have to take to get started.
Intakes for substance abuse and mandated clients are provided on a walk-in, first come/first serve basis Monday through Friday from 8am to 12pm. Our doors open at 7:30. Please come in as early as possible, and it is recommended that you bring with you your completed New Client Application, ID, and proof of insurance or Medicaid, if applicable. Please use the New Client Application button to the left to print out your packet. The intake itself will last about two hours.
