HarpethLaw's business practice encompasses all legal services and planning required by a new or existing small business in Tennessee. We assist in selecting and creating an entity, growing an existing business through proper legal planning, as well as transferring ownership of a business.
Estate planningat HarpethLaw means a great deal more than having a simple will document in place. We assist individuals, growing families, small business owners as well as retirees in creating and maintaining a plan that protects the clients' interests and preserves wealth.
A natural outgrowth of our estate practice, elder law focuses on the legal planning needs unique to the elderly, and encompasses planning issues related to Medicaid, long-term care and estate management during life.

FEES
At HarpethLaw, we approach fees for our services differently than a typical firm. Almost all of our services are available on a flat-fee, all-inclusive basis.
Flat fees include all planning, drafting and follow-up services. By charging in this manner, we make it easier for our clients to plan and budget for our legal services.
Some services, such as document review, are available on an hourly fee basis only. In such instances, a client is charged only for the time spent on the project.
