2. Initial contact
During our intial contact, we will discuss the Castlelights opportunity and cover a few key topics, including your motivation,
business background and territory of interest. You will be asked to complete a confidential profile. We will be happy to address
any questions you may have regarding the franchise.
3. Return your confidential profile
Returning your profile to our franchise representative indicates that you are serious about the opportunity and provides s a clear
picture of your financial and managerial plans.
4. Receive Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
Upon receipt of your confidential financial profile; we will schedule a face-to-face meeting to review our Franchise Disclosure
Document. The FDD further defines the relationship between us - the Franchisor and you - the Franchisee. It contains all of the legal
responsibilities involved in owning a Castlelights franchise. You will be required to sign a reciept for the FDD before moving forward.
5. FDD follow-up
Franchise law requires a 14 day "cooling off" period after the official receipt of the FDD. During this time, you should review the FDD with
your attorney or business partner. Your Castlelights representative will schedule a time to go over any questions that you may have.
6. Discovery Day!
Your Discovery Day should begin after your reciept of the Disclosure Documents. Discovery Days are held at our home office in
Clemmons, NC and is an opportunity to have a behind-the-scenes tour of our daily operation.
7. Signing the Agreement
If we feel that you are a great Franchisee candidate, we will send you a formal written offer including the assigned territory.
The signing of the franchise agreement and awarding of the franchise will be completed at the office of our registered agent in
Winston-Salem, NC.
