do I qualify How do I qualify?
To qualify for a a unit at Carrington Square, All of the following must be met:
*Decent credit
*No evictions
*Verifiable income (last 30 days)
*Good & verifable rental history
*Proof of residency
*Photo ID
*Income has to be 2 times the amount of rent or greater
What are the requirements?
Each adult over the age of 18 must completely fill out an application or it will not be processed.
We do not rent units sight unseen. What this means is you must schedule an appointment to view the unit prior to applying.
The non-refundable application fee is $30.00, we run a very detailed credit, criminal & eviction check.
How long does the application take?
The application process usually take 1-3 buisness days provided we have all of your documentation.
