HELP !!!!!!!
The Carnival Committee is in need of volunteers for various areas. This years carnival will be held Monday, May 18th through Saturday, May 23rd and will be highlighted with Skellys Amusements, our SUPER 50/50 MEGA raffle and a fabulous menu!!
If you can help, please let us know in what capacity and what nights you are able to help. The more nights .... the better ....!!!!!
We also need help with the SET-UP and BREAKDOWN: Everyones help is needed to set-up booths, beer garden, etc. before the carnival starts and breakdown everything the Sunday after the carnival. If we all pull together, the burden of breakdown will be quick. Its a great family project!!
Volunteers are needed to work the games, ticket booths, selling 50/50 tickets and working in the food court. Keep in mind the sooner you send your request back in the more likely you will work what you want to work !!!
More than anything ... we need your help for a successful and fun carnival!
