House Features The “holiday house” is located in the vicinity of the cliffs showing its typical rocky formations called “domus de janas” alone the eastern coast of Sardinia. It is composed of thre flats (4 beds each) recently built up, sufficiently fournished, with indipendent entrances. Around the house, were are a large garden, a parking aria, some open air showers and barbecues available. The way-in lane connected to the main road, is 70 mt long, so that the traffic noise cannot disturb the inhabitants. The house gets its water-supplies from the municipal hydric networks, automatically replaced in case of emergency by an alternative source. The house is some 600/700 mt. far from the sea. At the same distance, there is the village of S.M. NAVARRESE. The beach, stretching for several miles, is quite comfortable and has easy accesses and good parking areas. The facilities available to the tourists (shops, banks, etc.) are as good as those of the first-class holiday-resorts. They are easy to be reached and able to meet the most various and immediate needs of the tourists.
