RV10 Heavy Nose Gear Axle

The RV10 Nose Gear Axle replaces the factory Axle in function and form. The original axle has a solid post and two sleeves to attach the nose wheel and secure the front nose wheel bearings. There have been reported problems with the sleeves beginning to spin on the axle galling the nose wheel fork. Our replacement axle needs no adjustment and has been proven on thousands of cessnas. This style provides the increased surface area on the fork to prevent galling. Install is a simple as taking out the original axle bolt and axle, then reassemble the new axle with one cup on each end, reinstall the original axle bolt and torque to spec.
