On the second page in the rental history section , we will need TWO years rental history. If possible, include a fax number so it is easier for our office to process your application!! Thanks!
If you are looking to park in our underground garage, fill in car information in the vehicle information section . If you DO NOT have a vehicle, you can leave it blank.
In the employment section , please fill out all information required. If you are a student, simply put "student" in that section.
On page three in the other sources of income section, fill in any other income that you would receive. Example: parents, scholarship, savings...
Lastly, in the signature clause section, sign and date the bottom. This section releases your information so we can do different background checks.
