Low elements include a Trust Fall, The Wall, Mountain Tops, T.P. Shuffle, All Aboard, Spider's Web, Nitro Crossing, Mohawk Traverse, Port Hole, Log Jam, Giant's Finger, Whale Watch, Tension Traverse and Wild Woozy.
Some of the High Elements are the Team Incline Log, Multivine, Balance Beam, Two Lane Bridge, Power Pole, Zip Line and the Vertical Play Pen.
The Adventure Ropes Course consists of both low and high ropes challenges that range in complexity and difficulty. The low challenges are from 1-3 feet above the ground and the high elements reach heights of over 35 feet. All of these are perfect for building trust and teamwork.
The course is an excellent tool for building unity among discipleship groups, Sunday School classes, and mission trip teams by demonstrating a hands-on approach to ministry principles for teens and adults alike. It causes individuals to strategize and work together as a team, in order to overcome the obstacles presented by the elements.
The elements are secure and safe. Trained facilitators are provided for all groups. Participants must be at least ten years of age or older.
One of the most popular attractions at the camp is Lake Chautauqua (Sha-taw-qwa). The three acre lake has a designated swimming area and access to paddleboats and kayaks. Lifeguards are provided for your group.
Some of the activities at the lake include a zip line and a ten foot jumping tower which can be seen in the pictures above. These two things provide you with an opportunity to take a plunge adventurously.
Nearby is a covered dock and shaded gazebo. This area is perfect for relaxing and taking a break from the sun.
Surrounding the lake is our nature trail. This is ideal for exploring nature at its best while relaxing on benches that are provided along the trail. This part of the camp is truly a beautiful place to experience God in His creation.
Camp Whispering Pines is the place for paintball events. Our course is located in a wooded area of the camp, giving you plenty of room to take cover. The cost of paintball covers everything: rental, insurance, and one tube of ammo.
You can schedule your paintball event for your church group, youth group, or other organization and have a great time in a safe environment.
Cost is $25.00 per person.
