The Benefit Concert was a great sucess!

This year's benefit concert was held at Immanuel Baptist Church in Maple Shade, New Jersey.

However, we are still accepting donations. Thank you to all who came to the show.

Just a short ride, yet worlds away...

While many of us are enjoying our lives in the quiet suburbs, children minutes away are living in conditions well below what they deserve . Many of them walk to school without a coat, in the cold, through bad neighborhoods being on guard at all times. Crime is around every corner, and the poverty level is high.

Christmas is a time where many of us are making a wish list ,baking , and planning holiday get togethers and at the same time some children are lonely, scared and doubting they will even get a Christmas gift at all.

That is where we are stepping in. We are choosing to do more than just wish it could be better for these kids. We are choosing action ,hope and love. We are putting into action God's love and bringing hope where there is none.

What better way to start out the Christmas season, then with some great Christmas music and helping some children in need.

100% of the money donated that night will go to buying clothes, gloves, hats, bodywash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, books, games and toys!
Some of the children we helped last year didn't even have coats to wear to school. Let's show them that people really do care and God loves them.
Last year we were able to help seventy of Camden, New Jersey's neediest children enjoy Christmas. This year we want to help more.With a small donation, you too, can make a BIG difference.

Shannon Merkh had a real burden for children in need. A friend of hers, a teacher in Camden, was helping out several needy children. Shannon and her family along with a few friends bought gifts and donated them to the kids.In 2010, Immanuel Baptist Church in Maple Shade, New Jersey held a benefit concert along with Shannon and several local acts to help raise money for seventy needy children.They raised $1,500 and were able to buy coats, gloves, hats, scarfs, bodywash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, games, books, toys, pants, and many other items to help give these kids, who might not have a gift to open, a very Merry Christmas.
