Caffeine and Alcohol is a project conceived by Bruno Cruz and Jim since February 2011, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. With direct influences of the British rock of the 90s, Caffeine and Alcohol is inspired by bands like The Beatles, Oasis, Rolling Stones, The Verve, Stone Roses, Led Zeppelin, among others. With the project created just for fun between brothers Cruz and Jim, they had no intention of taking the project too seriously. However, acceptance and positive reviews from listeners and professional musicians, made the brothers gather some musicians (and friends) to the band's lineup that currently consists of:

Jim - Guitar / Vocals
Vallet - Bass / Vocals
Max Sniper - Guitar
Diogo - Drums
With the song "Stay Away","Where There's Sound" and bonus track "Falling Apart", the band Caffeine and Alcohol totaling over 23,500 profile views on your Myspace in just four months since the release of his first song. Now, Caffeine and Alcohol, is preparing for the completion of its first EP, entitled "A New Element Rock", with exciting and full of energy tracks, preparing a new Era for the national rock.

Caffeine and Alcohol é um projeto idealizado por Bruno Cruz e Jim desde Fevereiro de 2011, na cidade do Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. Com influências diretas do rock britânico dos anos 90, Caffeine and Alcohol se inspira em bandas como: The Beatles, Oasis, Rolling Stones, The Verve, Stone Roses, Led Zeppelin, entre outras. Com o projeto idealizado apenas por diversão entre os irmãos Cruz e Jim, os mesmos não tinham a pretensão de levar o projeto tão a sério. Porém, a aceitação e as críticas positivas dos ouvintes e de profissionais músicos, fizeram com que os irmãos reunissem alguns músicos (e amigos) para a formação da banda que atualmente é composta por:
