About Ciarra
I am a mommy, military spouse, and portrait photographer. I have a bachelor of fine arts degree with a photography concentration from Longwood University. More importantly, I love what I do! I am currently located in the MD/DC area, and I travel to central VA quite often. I shoot 99% of my photographs on location, rather than in a studio.
