Executive Tactical Solutions [ETS] was created on 02 FEB 09, it is a tactical scenario paintball team that operates in the Mississauga/ Toronto Area. ETS is based off of Private Military Companies that use strategy and teamwork to achieve victory. All ETS Operators operate on principles of INTEGRITY, TEAMWORK, COMMITMENT, HONOUR, and LOYALTY. The leadership consists of military personnel currently serving within the Canadian Forces. With that being said our doors are open for tactical minded milsim operators that share the same type of passion for paintball, we TRULY work as a TEAM are you up for the CHALLENGE?

Requirements
Welcome to the Recruiting office, here you will learn all you need to know about the ETS requirements and how to join Executive Tactical Solutions. There is a basic recruiting process to ensure all potential Operators can follow orders. The procedure consists of an application sent via email, if you are eligable for a tryout we will contact you with further instructions.
AGE: Must be atleast 18 years of age or older. (No Exceptions)
Paintball Team Experience: Atleast 1 year. (No Exceptions)
Paintball Marker: Preferrably Tippmann. (Some Exceptions)
Tactical Gear: Such as Tactical vest, knee pads, etc. (Required)
Training: Must be able to attend atleast one practice a month. (No Exceptions)

Team Building Sessions
ETS offers a fast-paced team building simulation that requires effective collaboration, leadership, planning, and communication. The leadership of ETS currently serves in the Canadian Armed Forces, and has extensive experience and expertise in Recreation and Fitness Leadership development. In these training sessions, the members of ETS share their expertise in teamwork and leadership. Participants gain the experience of teambuilding and the power of collaboration in a fun, yet practical approach, with helpful and accessible training from ETS along the way. These sessions use paintball as a basis for improving participants'’ abilities in working together to solve problems and overcome obstacles that hinder performance. Participants will find themselves immersed in a fast-paced challenge where teams engage in a series of activities requiring quick strategy development, efficient implementation, and process improvement to accomplish their goals. These sessions are immensely useful to any size of group, at any stage of life. The transferable skills from these workshops are learned through an unparalleled fun experience and are nearly impossible to forget.
