The Bridges at Bent Creek, through the development and management of Basile Senior Housing, offers older adults the finest senior living in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Born from the principal owner's personal family experience, Bob Basile envisioned a community that focused on the well-being, comfort, and security of residents, team members, and visitors.
Our mission at The Bridges at Bent Creek is to offer a living experience for seniors which includes the comforts of home, individual attention to healthcare needs, and most importantly- a Celebration of Life. The Bridges at Bent Creek was designed by Basile Senior Housing to combine modern convenience with traditional family style. The community offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with elegant decor. Residents can enjoy a variety of amenities and services.
We are located in Mechanicsburg, PA about a half mile from conveniences including churches, banks, Silver Spring Commons, and Wal-Mart. We are also adjacent to Bent Creek Crossing, a 55+ active adult housing development.

We are a provider of assisted living facilities for seniors needing assistance with daily activities but wishing to live with integrity and independence for as long as possible. Basile Senior Housing offers a full range of services - all personalized to meet the residents needs from bathing, managing medication, eating and getting dressed. Basile Senior Housing encourages residents to be independent, to help retain their dignity and pride and to feel confident in the highly trained and experienced staff that provide the on-going care.

A living option designed for residents with Alzheimer's/dementia and other forms of memory impairment.
Located within the Bridges at Bent Creek, The Garden is a specially designed nineteen-suite residential neighborhood. It serves individuals with a diagnosis of Alzheimer's, forms of dementia, or memory impairment who may need a secured environment.
The architectural design, furnishings, program materials and features all work together to provide an environment that supports the strengths and abilities of our residents. Every team member of The Garden has completed specialized training to best meet the leisure and personal care needs of each individual. Residents may enjoy spacious, private or semi private accommodations along with a two great room,s a beautiful solarium, and two outdoor courtyards with a walking path and covered sitting and activity areas.
Services include: three meals daily, plus snacks; housekeeping and linen services; assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming; incontinence care and toileting program; 24-hour supervision by specially trained staff; medication management, social, spiritual, physical and cultural programs.
In addition to these services, personal care products, prescription drugs and over-the-counter medications, telephone service, a personal care salon, and guest meals are available through the Bridges at Bent Creek.
Celebrating Life's Changes
The Seasons is a unique transitional living option at The Bridges designed to support residents who have early stages of dementia but do not need a secured environment. It is based on the premise that activity is an integral process of daily living. Our goal is to encourage these residents to maintain involvement in ongoing structured community activities and events in a smaller group, thus eliminating loneliness, helplessness, boredom, and slowing the decline of mental skills .
Our ultimate goal is to create a fun and therapeutic experience through a variety of activities including cooking, exercise, religious & special events, word games, and puzzles. We have a dedicated staff member seven days a week to implement these activities.
