Bret Kennedy
Education: Certificate III and IV in personal training, gym instruction.
I have been in the fitness industry in varying ways for the last 6 years. My passion for teaching people correct ways to eat and create a better lifestyle for themselves is massive.
I have played sports all my life, and currently do stunt work in feature films as well as my personal training.
I believe that you can train anywhere and anytime. You don't 'HAVE' to join a gym to get fit, and that is where my Personal Training is different.
My Training Method
The way that I train my clients is with exercises that use
Major muscle groups in compound movements. That means you use more than one muscle to do the exercise.
In nearly 90% of cases, time is the biggest factor. People just don't have the time to do anything in regards to keeping fit. Once I show you how to incorporate a healthy eating pattern with just 45 min of exercise 4 times a week, results are guaranteed.
I have a small contingent of equipment that I bring with me. We can train in a park, in a back yard, in the rain in the sun, my training has no limits. Only your goals are important and they are something that I want to help you achieve.
Functional Personal Training is a method that is starting to regain momentum and popularity. So many people these days just can't get to the gym, nor can they afford to pay for membership fees as well as personal training.

Fitness is an ongoing thing. You can achieve your goals quite easily, and the forget about what you went through to get there, and after a few quick months of being happy with how you look, you slip back into an old pattern and realize that you have gone backwards.

Initial Consultation
Your initial consultation will be for 1.5 hours and is No obligation and Free.
This is where we as the trainers get to know exactly what it is that you want out of our services. We will analyse your current nutritional habits, your exercise regime and your goals.
Once we have collected all of this data, we will go away and create a programme for you for your weights sessions and for your nutrition. You will receive this information on your first workout with us.
Your first training session will cost $100, which will cover your first training session, and creating a nutritional programe and an exercise programe that is going to get you to your goals.

It may be easier for you to purcahse a group of PT sessions. These are pre-purcahsed, and can be redeemed any time.

This will give you 3 1 hr PT sessions
$195 (works out at $65 per session)
One on One Personal training - Purchased weekly
This type of training is great for people who are so busy
they just can't commit to a weekly session. You can just
call up; check availability and train at your convenience.

This will give you 5 1 hr PT sessions
$290 (works out at $57 per session)
The 7 pack
This will give you 7 1 hr PT sessions,

Yes you heard me right ladies and gents, the only way you are going to shed those kilo's is to get your butt off the couch and move it.

Guys this one isn't just for the Girls. I can take you through the same lead up to your wedding, and get you ready physically for the most important day of your life.
I have developed a few different packages for the bride and groom to be. All you have to do is choose the one you want and I will do the rest.
Each of these packages does have a couple of minor rules; they will be explained in detail prior to any agreements made to engage in the training. Packages are payed up front, or 1 month in advance, decided on prior to training. Prices for packages available on request.

For every Wedding package that is described below, you will receive the same amount of work put into each and every programme. You will receive the same amount of work put into each and every nutritional plan, and you will receive the same amount of work put into each and every training session.
Each package will take you through 3 training sessions a week, 4 weeks a month for the duration of your package leading up to your wedding. I will create a program that changes week to week so that we are able to maximise the effect that we will have on your body. I will develop a nutrition plan for you specifically to ensure that you will achieve the realistic goals that we set out.
