SHARPIES
These are drawings done with, yes, you guessed it, Sharpie markers. I have an 11"x17" sketchbook I've used when drawing from a favorite photo, without sketching or planning. These were always just exercises to "loosen me up" for drawing, but at some point someone saw them and convinced me they were fun to look at, even if you didn't know the people. Many of these are many years old. One was scanned and colored on my computer. It took me hours to figure out how to do it, and I no longer remember how, or I'd like to try it again. I'm happy to draw a sharpie rendering from your favorite photo, with your understanding that there's a 50% chance it won't come out as hoped for and we pretend the whole thing never happened.
