Club Constitution b.Petitioning Members (first 3 months) $5 monthly. You do not need to meet all club standards listed in article 5 to petition, however to be voted in as a full member you need to have met these guidelines by the end of your 3 month petition. If you have not you can only be voted in as a prospect or dismissed from the club.
c.Prospect members Membership is $5 monthly.
d.You have a 15-day grace period. After -which you will incur a $10 late fee per late monthly payment.
e.After 6 months if you are not current on dues.
1.Demoted from full member to prospect.
2.If prospect you will be put in front of current members for in or out vote.
f.NO refunds given on dues at any time
ARTICLE 5 VEHICLE MODIFICATION STANDARDS
1. All members must put forth an effort in modifying their vehicle. This is a vehicle enthusiast club, so a vehicle is required to have something done and be doing something to their vehicle.
2. All individuals vehicles wishing to enter the club must be lifted higher or lower than stock. (Any exceptions will be voted on by the members)
3. All individuals vehicles wishing to enter the club must have wheels that are not stock. (Any exceptions will be voted on by the members)
ARTICLE 1 CLUB IDENTIFICATION
SEC.1. NAME
The name shall be Kapital Kreations.
SEC.2. EMBLEM
The emblem shall be the Kapital Kreations logo, with Kapital Kreations in front, and logo of Capital building behind.
ARTICLE 2 - PURPOSE
1. The primary goal of Kapital Kreations is to bring together people interested in custom vehicles and related events, also to be a POSITIVE AND HIGHLY RESPECTED member of the community at large.
2. To periodically participate and attend truck/car shows, truck runs, cruise nights, toy drives, and club outings for the show vehicle sport.
ARTICLE 3 OBSERVANCE OF LAWS
1. The By-Laws shall be the laws of this club, its officers and members, for governing all its affairs.
2. Any adjustments to the By-Laws will be put in front of a member vote and will only be effective if there is a majority (Unless an immediate change is needed then club President and V.P. will have final decision)
ARTICLE 4 CLUB MEMBERSHIP AND DUES
1. A person wanting to join Kapital Kreations must petition the club for 3 months. During which time the petitioner should attend as many club events as possible. After the 3rd month the current members will vote to decide if the petitioning member will be a prospect or full member, or will be dismissed from the club.
2. Only full or prospect members will receive the full logo back window sticker on their vehicle. (Full members must have met all requirements listed in Article 5)
3. Petitioning members will receive a smaller sticker for their back window. Prospect and petitioning members are not allowed to vote on any club business, which includes member votes, government votes and constitution changes.
Member Dues are as follows:
a.Full Members - Membership is $10 monthly.
