The Land of Santa: Beauty of the North Pole
Santa Claus is one lucky guy. He lives in one of the most spectacular places in the world! The North Pole is the most northern point on earth. Very few people have set foot there, mostly scientists and fearless adventurers.
Luckily, those who have been in the North Pole have taken photographs. These photos are a celebration of nature in its grandness. They show a landscape that most of us will never see with our own eyes. Take a deep breath and have a look.

January 6, 2012Beautiful pictures. No wish or need to detract from them, but most of these are obviously not from even close to the north pole… No trees or even land there, only ice. I suspect one or two of these pictures may even have been taken at the south pole? :)
