Dogs in Motion Pet Photography

This week’s top story on the web was Carli Davidson’s photography. Carli is an Oregon-based fine art pet and commercial photographer who’s gained national recognition for her work. She’s also a professional animal caretaker and trainer, fusing her love for animals and photography into her lifestyle and work.  Carli’s recently become the buzz of the blogosphere after her photo series “Shake” gained public attention.  ”Shake” features 19 unique portraits of dogs (and one cat) which were shot using high speed photography. The “Shake” is provoked by a squirt of water and captures its subjects in anti-cute postures: drooling with one eye shut, fuzzy haired, oblivious with ears turned inside-out etc.
