Each forum will focus on
education for global competitiveness and spurring manufacturing through innovation in black communities.
There will also be opportunities for entrepreeneurs to address credit needs in their communities with regulators.

With the shortage of capital for black startups, Catapult Angels help NBBM provide a lifeline to innovators who create mobile applications, games, or new energy systems in the Catapult Innovation Competition. HOSTS
As a state, local, association or corporate host, you help NBBM maintain the core values of integrity and quality which we want to make synonymous with African-American-owned business. The responsibility includes the right to use NBBM logos and trademarks and to customize NBBM products. You will take the lead in guiding your constituency on the path to sustained economic vitality, and you'll have the support of our staff and founders to promote events and garner media visibility.

Everyone can participate by visiting at least one black-owned business per day during August. There are three levels of backers. Each level receives the mobile application with resources for 31 WAYS.
